What happens when you reach out. When you call (716) 555-0172 or send a form, we pass your details to one independent local roofer who serves your area. That roofer contacts you, looks at your roof and, if you want one, writes an estimate. You don't get a list of companies, and your request isn't sold to several roofers at once.

How we are paid. Roofers may pay us for the referrals we send them. You never pay us anything for a referral, and you never receive anything from us or from the roofer for using the service: no gift, credit, discount or rebate. New York's roofing law bars roofers from offering homeowners gifts or deductible deals, and we follow the same line.

What we are not. We are a marketing service, not a roofing contractor. We don't do roof work, set prices, sign contracts with you or handle insurance claims. Because a roofer may pay us, you should weigh its estimate as you would any other, and you're free to compare it with others.

What we don't promise. We don't vouch for any roofer. Before hiring, it's on you to check the roofer: city jobs call for a City of Buffalo contractor license, Amherst and the Town of Tonawanda keep their own registrations, and you should see proof of liability and workers' comp coverage.
